Congratulations to Madison County District 5 Commissioner Phil Riddick, Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle, Huntsville-Madison County Public Library Executive Director Laurel Best, Campaign Leadership and Library Staff for their fundraising accomplishments to date, and for a successful recent announcement of the “community phase” of the campaign to build a much-needed new state-of-the-art library in South Huntsville.
